Just imagine having our entire facility for your exclusive use
with our highly trained staff at your beck and call! Your guests
will be greeted by our Cellar Master in our wine cellar with
a glass of chilled champagne and a warm welcome. You will then
enjoy beverages and hors d’oeuvres served personally by our
highly skilled culinary team on our beautiful terrace, followed
by an exquisite dinner served in our stunning dining room while
overlooking all of Phoenix at sunset. Your guests will conclude
the perfect evening by dancing to the sounds of the Valley’s
finest musicians in The Terrace Room or relaxing on the terrace
with a fine cognac. You and your guests will have the best of
all worlds ... all to themselves!
Dining Room Exclusive
Our dining room will be available only to your guests for this special event. Receptions with beverages and hors d'oeuvres can be held on one of the outdoor terraces or on various levels of the dining room, followed by a memorable dining experience with creative specialties and select wines from the wine caves. The Terrace Room and terraces will be open to the public during your event; however, the unique design of Different Pointe of View makes the dining room the ideal location for a semi-private affair.
Terrace Room Exclusive
The Terrace Room is the perfect place for dining and dancing...
all under the same roof with the same incredible view and character
the Different Pointe of view is known for. With the adjacent
lower terrace available for a reception, this elegant venue
is a must for the semi-private event when dancing or entertainment
is a part of the festivities. The dining room and upper terraces
will be open to the public during your event, yet the layout
of The Terrace Room and lower terrace provide an excellent flow
for an elegant and intimate occasion.

Wedding Ceremony
Whether it’s a small intimate ceremony for 10,
a grand wedding for 300, or anything in between, we will help
you enjoy your special day without worry. At the Different Pointe
of View we know that the commitment of a lifetime deserves the
event of a lifetime, which is why we offer an array of wedding
packages to help make planning as easy as saying “I do”.
Ceremonies are set on our Patio overlooking all
of Phoenix and the surrounding mountains. Our existing patio
furniture is removed and white chivari wedding chairs are used
to create a picturesque setting which seats up to 225 people.
Wedding Locations
The Terrace Room
The Terrace Room is perfect for Receptions up to 100 people.
The interior of The Terrace Room can be transformed into a beautiful
private dining room. Large tables are set with white linens,
votive candles and Different Pointe of View’s elegant place
settings. The room is complete with a stage for your band or
DJ and a dance floor.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is ideal for larger receptions and dinners of
up to 220 guests. An elevated area in the restaurant is perfect
for a head table and affords a view of all the guests as well
as spectacular views of the valley. There is considerable space
by the fireplace to set up a band and a dance floor.
Dining Room and The Terrace Room
Complete Exclusive
A complete exclusive allows for the most space
and privacy. You would have use of the entire facility. You can
have the ceremony on the patio along with a cocktail reception.
Your guests would then move to the Dining Room for an exquisite
dinner. Finally, you will retire to The Terrace Room for entertainment
and dancing. The facility can accommodate up to 220 for a plated
dinner and up to 350 for a buffet dinner.
Menus
All food served at the Different Pointe of View must be provided
by the restaurant. It is against the Arizona State Liquor laws
to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages. Arizona state tax
and a customary 20% taxable service charge will be added to
all food and beverage items. Please keep in mind that final
menu prices cannot be guaranteed more than six months prior
to your event date.
Wedding Cake
Your wedding cake will be custom made to fit your specifications.
Wedding Cake can be substituted for dessert in any of our group
menus at no additional charge.
Accommodations
The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort has elegantly appointed
suites available for your guests. Each two-room suite offers
a spacious living room with executive work desk and conversation
area as well as a private bedroom. Fabrics and furnishings embrace
the spirit of the surrounding Sonora landscape. Larger and more
elegant Presidential Suites are available.
With an exclusive event of $8,000++ or more, 1
complimentary suite will be offered for the Bride and Groom.
In addition, we are happy to extend a block of 10 suites (based
on availability) that will be listed under the Wedding Party’s
name. A reduced rate can be offered for these suites. At 30 days
prior to the event, any suites not reserved will be released
and prevailing rates will be quoted.
Enhancements
Our Special Event Manager is happy to assist in the planning
of your special day. We can provide or recommend florists, entertainment,
photography, audio visual, ministers, specialty linens, ice
carvings or anything that will make your special day memorable.
