Vintage Evenings

Complementing this inventive menu is an expansive, award-winning wine list featuring more than 750 selections. The cellar, a mountainside cavern, creates the optimum temperature and conditions for nurturing wines and spirits. Each wine is carefully selected by Different Pointe of View Cellar Master and Sommelier Eric Spragett, who has been managing the restaurant’s collection since 1987.
