PHOENIX, Ariz., December 17, 2007 – Pointe Hilton Resorts has captured the No. 1 ranking for “Best Places to Work” among all Arizona-based companies for the third consecutive year. In an awards luncheon and ceremony held at the Arizona Biltmore, Pointe Hilton Resorts took top honors competing against more than 100 other companies. The Best Places to Work program is sponsored by the Phoenix Business Journal and was based on actual employee survey results.
“Each of our more than 1500 team members should take pride in the fact that this is a direct reflection on their commitment to excellence serving both Hilton guests and the community,” said Ben Fusco, area vice president for Hilton Resorts.
Phoenix Business Journal publishes its Best Places to Work in the Valley supplement annually to identify companies dedicated to creating a positive work environment for their team members, while at the same time making employees feel like valuable components to a business. The awards are decided upon solely by the team members themselves through an on-line survey.
“This has been a very gratifying year full of huge wins for all of us at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort,” said Ron Simon, resort general manager. “Earlier this year, our resort was recognized by AAA as a Four-Diamond hotel and our signature restaurant, Different Pointe of View, was the recipient of AAA’s Four-Diamond rating for the 18th consecutive year. All of these things are possible because of our team’s commitment to guest service excellence,” Simon added.
